 Full-price items

Please inspect your order carefully. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.  We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Jewel Candle USA purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Jewel Candle USA is happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused products. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Please be prepared to send photographs of damages.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace items damaged during shipping when possible. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.

To process return (Jewel Candle USA Account)

  2. Login to your account by clicking "My Account" (must have a registered account)
  3. Select "Order History"
  4. Click on the return link to fill out the return form
  5. A member of our Customer Care team will be in contact with you to provide further details

 To process return (Guest Checkout)

    1. Email or call Customer Care at 951.600.7936 (M-F, 8:30-3:30 PST). Please have your order number ready (reference your original confirmation email from Jewel Candle USA).

Sale items

All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email within 5 days and include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Care team will be in contact with you shortly to provide with possible options.

Please note: Once the product is removed from its protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.
